Payment terms: 100% with order via PayPal invoicing

Prices for the Service(s) are exclusive of all excise, sales, use transfer and other taxes. All such taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Buyer is responsible for any freight charges incurred.

Limitation of Liability: The liability of seller under these terms and conditions shall not exceed an amount equal to the total purchase price theretofore paid by buyer to seller with respect to the Product(s) giving rise to such liability.  In no event shall seller be liable for any indirect, special consequential or incidental damages.

Any software or hardware products incorporated or created by seller in or forming a part of the Products hereunder are being licensed and not sold to buyer except those explicitly outlined.  Seller or its licensor, as the case may be, retains ownership of and title to all software and hardware products provided hereunder.

The Buyer shall obtain license for use of the technology provided in methodologies that are patented as the product(s) provided is not licensed by the Seller in any way for patented methodologies. The Products hereunder are being licensed as enabling technology and not sold to buyer except those explicitly outlined.  Seller or its licensor, as the case may be, retains ownership of and title to all software and hardware products provided hereunder.
